Tickets & Refunds
How much is a ticket? +
Tickets are $45 and cover both days of the conference (Friday evening concert + Saturday teaching). Final pricing and any group discounts will be confirmed when registration opens.
What is your refund policy? +
All ticket fees are considered a donation to Destined Daughters and Women of Wonder Ministries. Refunds are not offered. If you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to another woman by emailing us with both names — we’ll reissue the ticket in her name.
Is there a group discount? +
We love when churches and friend groups come together. Group rates may be announced as we get closer to October — reach out via the contact page if you’re bringing 5 or more.
Schedule & What to Expect
When and where is the conference? +
October 23–24, 2026 at Church of Jesus Christ Spirit Filled, 3175 Goldy Way, Sparks, Nevada 89443. Friday evening is a live worship concert with Kaylee + Erica. Saturday is a full day of teaching from Morgan Daye and Kaylee Tuttle.
What time do things start? +
Friday concert: doors at 6:30 PM, concert at 7:00 PM. Saturday: check-in opens at 8:30 AM, the first session begins at 9:00 AM. Final session ends around 4:30 PM.
What should I wear? +
Whatever helps you worship freely. Most attendees wear casual or smart-casual — jeans, dresses, comfortable shoes you can stand and worship in. No dress code.
Is food provided? +
Light refreshments will be available. For lunch on Saturday, food trucks will be on site (attendee purchase) so you can stay on campus.
Travel & Logistics
Where should I stay? +
A few Reno-Sparks hotel options are listed on our Visiting Reno page. We don’t maintain a formal hotel block — most attendees book directly.
Is there parking at the venue? +
Yes — free on-site parking. Plan to arrive 20–30 minutes early Saturday morning.
How do I get there from the airport? +
Reno-Tahoe International (RNO) is about 15 minutes from the venue. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically runs $20–25 each way.
Childcare & Accessibility
Is childcare provided? +
Childcare is not provided on site. Conference is recommended for women ages 13 and up. Nursing mothers are warmly welcomed — a quiet room will be available.
Is the venue accessible? +
Yes — the venue is wheelchair accessible with reserved seating and accessible restrooms. See our accessibility page for full details or to request an accommodation.
Recording, Sharing & More
Can I take photos or video? +
Personal photos for your own memory are welcome. Please be mindful during ministry moments. We ask that you not record full teaching sessions for redistribution.
How can I volunteer or sponsor? +
We always need help with check-in, prayer team, hospitality, and more. Reach out through the contact page if you’d like to volunteer or talk about sponsorship.
